1) How do I place an order?

    Orders can be placed by sending a purchase order via fax at 708-544-1900, calling in at 708-544-1700 or online at www.maxxusa.com.

2) When does my order ship?

    Most orders ship same day.  Orders of 1 skid or more ship same day or next day. For custom orders call in for shipping dates.

3) Where does my order ship from?

    We are located in a suburb right outside of Chicago. Our warehouse is located in Hillside, IL 60162.

4) How do I get tracking information on an order?

    To get tracking information email: info@maxxusa.com and put in the subject line"tracking." Or you may call in at 708-544-1700 and someone in our staff can assist you.

5) How and where do I return at item?

    Hopefully, you will not have this problem. In case you do please reference the returned item(s) to a PO number and mark the package with that number.  All returns should be sen t to our warehouse located at:
